Senior Chef, Infusions & Extractions
Chad leads The Green Halo Kitchen staff with many years of experience in high end cuisine.
His career includes working with Hacienda del Sol, 58 Degrees, and Beaudry Bistro. Chad supervises our kitchen operations and is responsible for our juice, tinctures, and topical products.

Ed
Supply Chain Manager
Ed brings many years of fine dining food preparation and appreciation to The Green Halo Kitchen. His career includes working at Westward Look Resort, Hacienda del Sol, Primo, and McClintocks at Sahuaro Ranch Resort. Working with staff and fellow chefs at the Halo, Ed manages multiple production lines including soft candies and chocolates.

Vanessa
Chef
Vanessa is a skilled production baker with years of experience making baked products, candies & confections. Beginning her career as an apprentice baker, she trained at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and went on to work at Hacienda del Sol and Westin La Paloma Resort. She brings a wonderful balance to the rest of the Green Halo Kitchen team!

Chef
Aaron has worked in multiple commercial kitchens as well as high end eateries. He works with the rest of The Green Halo Kitchen staff to make candies & confectionery, baked products, and snacks.

Paul
Chef
Food is Paul’s passion. Hailing originally from London, he began his culinary career at The Arizona Inn. His extensive experience includes stints at Primo, Hacienda del Sol, and a number of premium hotels.
